At Laina Rose, our pieces are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.
Something isn't right? We'll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can help.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or misprinted, Laina Rose will provide an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
What isn't covered
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Change of mind
- Color selection or preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery, including improper washing or care
